The 2024 application cycle was an incredible one, where all of my clients secured at least one admission to an MBA/Masters Program, with many receiving multiple admissions! And although the competition for international students getting admitted to USA/European MBA programs remain fierce, my "100% admit" INSEAD streak continues, a client secured an admit to USA #1 MBA Program Wharton (and M7 program Columbia), and total scholarship offers topping $500K USD—plus a full-ride fellowship offer among them! I'm so proud of my clients and all the hard work they put in to reach their goals; thank you for choosing me to support you for this immense process!

Across their various backgrounds of consulting, finance, tech, and sustainability, congrats to my clients for their acceptances ($ sign indicates scholarship offer!, some names abbreviated for privacy):

Congrats again to these amazing global leaders!

Again this year, clients who started early and applied for Round 1 tended to be more successful (and less stressful); and although some were initially placed on waitlists during R1, many were able to get off it during R2.

Furthermore there was an interesting spread of pre and Post MBA industries and goal. While many of my clients came from the usual industries of consulting, finance, and tech, some of them also had some niche post MBA career goals such as starting their own Life Coaching business built on business principles. Even for a client with a work gap, we were able to secure multiple admissions. How were we able to be successful in gaining so many admission offers still? It all came down to the story! My intimate style of Admissions Coaching/Consulting, where we have regular video calls to discuss and review my clients' every written deliverable allows me to profoundly understand my clients' stories and draw out their authenticity—allowing us to craft a compelling narrative that clearly ties their skills and experience to their post-MBA goals. Thus, even my clients that had GRE scores below 320 were able to secure admissions to top MBA programs. And although Round 2 continues to be more competitive in receiving scholarship offers, every client that applied for programs in R2 was still able to secure at least one scholarship offer over $50K. These trends continue to prove that communicating a standout story is key!

As 2025 applications begin to open, I'm looking forward to working with more bright and hardworking applicants this year—not only to support them through the application process, but also to help them claim their story so that they can move forward the next chapter of MBA/Masters with confidence.

And so for those applying this year, until applications open, I strongly advise you to start reflecting on your experience and thinking about your post-MBA goals and how they tie together. Be sure to be researching programs to ensure you're selecting programs that are a good fit for your goals. For the clients of mine who were able to secure admissions for M7 and T15, they were successful in doing so only because they took the time to deeply understand the programs and show how they were a strong fit. Finally, although several of my clients with lower GMAT/GRE scores were still able to secure admissions with scholarship, it goes without saying that a higher GMAT/GRE puts you in a more secure place. So regardless of which round you're applying to or where you are in the studying process, be sure you're studying hard or currently have a strong GMAT/GRE score.

I'm so honored that I had the opportunity to support my clients this past year in making the application process as smooth as possible. Beyond witnessing them successfully secure admissions, I'm thrilled I was able to be part of their growth—encouraging them in gaining confidence and energizing them to reach their admissions goals. And so, for those applying this cycle, I invite you to schedule a free 30 minute consultation call where I not only provide you a free profile evaluation and actionable next steps, but also a glimpse into what it's like to pursue your admissions journey with me as your support. Additionally, I invite you to connect with me on LinkedIn, where I post updates and share info on free events and webinar, admissions advice, and industry insights. Or if you know someone considering an MBA in 2025, feel free to pass this along!

Again, congratulations to my 2024 clients—I'm so excited to see your continued growth and transformation into global leaders. Thank you again for having me be part of the journey. Here's to firing up more people to achieve their goals and reach their leadership potential!
