曾經，我努力追求社會定義的「成功」：穩定工作、認真感情、名校MBA、忙碌的社交生活。表面看來一切完美，心裡卻空虛無比。家庭與金錢創傷讓我以為自己「不夠好」，永遠要更努力、更忙，來填補內心的不安。即使完成許多目標、身邊圍繞著人群，內心卻從沒停下來問：「這真的是我想要的嗎？我是為自己而活，還是為了別人的期望？」
